The ICM is a not for profit organisation established to support its members in the prevention & management of work related violence. We work with Government and other stakeholders to develop standards and guidance designed to support employers, employees and their customers or service users to reduce, prevent and manage conflict, aggression and hazardous behaviours in the workplace.
